3. Why There's No Formal Business Imprint
Legal notice ("Impressum") requirements such as § 5 TMG in Germany apply to commercial or business-like ("geschäftsmäßig") online services. StreamGiveawayBox is run privately, free of charge, and without any commercial intent — so a full business-style notice (registered name, postal address, trade register entry, etc.) does not apply here. This page instead provides transparent contact information so anyone using the Service can reach the operator.
4. Responsibility for Content
The operator is responsible for the Service's own content to the extent required by general law. Where the Service links to third-party sites (e.g. Twitch), the operator has no influence over and takes no responsibility for that third-party content.
